Refund Policy

At Suvia Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality Google Ads management and digital advertising services. Every campaign is carefully planned, executed, and optimized to achieve the best possible performance. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, certain limitations apply to refunds, as outlined below.

1. No Refund for Services Already Rendered

Once any digital marketing service has been started, partially delivered, or completed, refunds will not be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads account setup and strategy development

  • Campaign creation, optimization, and management

  • Account audits, consultations, or advisory services

  • Monthly management fees and retainers after service initiation

All services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once delivered.

2. Advance Payments & Monthly Retainers

If an advance payment has been made for upcoming services and the client chooses to cancel before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

To be eligible:

  • A written cancellation request must be submitted to info@suviadigital.com

  • The request must be made within 7 days of payment

  • Any work already performed or time invested will be deducted from the refundable amount

3. Advertising Spend & Media Budgets

All advertising spend paid directly to Google or other advertising platforms is non-refundable. Suvia Digital does not control platform billing and cannot issue refunds for:

  • Google Ads advertising budgets

  • Display or YouTube ad spend

  • Clicks, impressions, or unused funds already transferred to ad platforms

4. Performance-Based Guarantees

While we strive to achieve strong results, performance-based refunds (including guarantees for clicks, leads, conversions, or sales) are not offered. Advertising performance depends on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, budget levels, and audience behavior, which are beyond our control.

5. Dispute Resolution

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.

6. Policy Updates
