These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Suvia Digital website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Suvia Digital provides Google Ads management and digital advertising services, including but not limited to Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns. All services are delivered based on the agreed scope outlined during onboarding.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Grant necessary access to advertising accounts and tools
Respond promptly to requests for approvals or assets
Comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws
Suvia Digital is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. Fees & Payments
All fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Payments must be made according to the agreed billing schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Advertising spend paid directly to Google or other platforms is separate from Suvia Digital’s management fees.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While Suvia Digital aims to achieve optimal performance, we do not guarantee specific results, including clicks, leads, conversions, or sales. Advertising performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
5. Account Ownership
Clients retain full ownership of their Google Ads accounts. Suvia Digital manages campaigns as an authorized partner and will not claim ownership of client accounts or data.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, ad creatives, and materials developed by Suvia Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables solely for their own business purposes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed service terms. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Suvia Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services rendered.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Suvia Digital is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy updates made by third-party platforms such as Google, which may affect campaign performance or account status.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Jurisdiction will be determined based on Suvia Digital’s operating location.
12. Changes to Terms
Suvia Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
